Initially I avoided the sharemarket as being "unpredictable" and only possible to make money in the long term.
The sharemarket is a great way to get an understanding on what companies are up to and how they are performing just by looking at the share price.
I initially traded a mining stock at 70c per share purely as it had predicted its earnings to increase by 200% in the next 2 years... After ignoring the market for 3 years I decided to check this stock and was surprised to see it had increased to over $5!!! to put this into perspective if you bought 1000 shares at the 70c mark you would pay $700. When you sell at $5 you would get $5000.
This intruiged me in looking at companies that grow from trading at 2cents and go to 20c in a few months. thats 10 times your initial investment!!!!
However having said all this there are also companies which trade at 20c and fall down close to 0 !!! So it pays to do your research and find the right technique.
I plan to increase my credibility including dates and reasons for following certain stocks.
